Appointments, Payments , Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Booking. Appointments can be scheduled online (e.g., Jane App) or by phone/email.

  • Payment methods. We accept [list: credit/debit cards, e‑transfer, direct billing if applicable]. Full payment is typically due at or before the session.

  • Insurance. If you use benefits or third‑party payers, you are responsible for verifying coverage and paying any balances not covered.

  • Cancellation & late arrivals.

    • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session to avoid a fee.

    • Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be charged the full session fee.

    • Late arrivals may shorten session time but be billed in full.

Refunds. Session fees are for professional time and are generally non‑refundable once the session occurs. Prepaid amounts for future sessions may be refunded or credited at our discretion, less any third‑party processing fees.
